 Elk Roast: Crockpot Recipe   
 
 
3-4 lb Elk Roast
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 Tbs Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1 sliced Carrot
1 sliced Onion or you can substitute onion with 1 package dry soup mix
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Water
Place elk roast in a Crockpot.  Pour soy sauce and Worchestershire sauce on top of roast.
Sprinkle on garlic powder, seasoned salt and dry onion soup mix or sliced onion. 
Mix mushroom soup and water and pour on top.  Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
Great served with mashed potatoes and sauteed asparagus. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
